According to dosomething.org, The average American uses 650 pounds of paper each year – 100 million tons of wood could be saved each year if all that paper was recycled. Recycling is broken down into two parts. Part A being people who take the time to sort their trash, and B, people who throw everything away(mainstream). The more people who influence others about recycling, the less waste our earth will hold. When I grow up and have a family, I don't want to have to worry about landfills filling up, and finding alternative sources to dispose of waste products. Not saying, if there were an idea of a more environmental way to dispose that we couldn't use it, I just don't want it to come into play because we have no other way of doing so. So lets make a change!
